Purpose Ideation Tour

Exclusive Invite:
Join CECP, PwCImperative – and 75 corporate peers – to add your voice!

In a city near you, join a morning of breakfast and peer sharing – a special event that will inform our joint study From Engagement to Purpose: A CECP-Imperative-PwC Initiative. We’re bringing together forward-thinking Purpose and HR leaders of CECP companies for peer sharing, collective visioning, and innovation toward not only a more engaged workforce, but a fulfilled one.

Sixty-three percent of CEOs report that the greatest benefit of expanding societal investment is strengthening human capital (2016 Board of Boards). Previous research had laid the business case foundation for purpose, with evidence linking purpose-driven business strategies with stronger financial performance, but had not yet explored in depth the steps to building purpose-driven leaders and a purpose-led global business culture.

The ideal experience is for each company to attend in pairs — an executive committed to your company’s Purpose and societal investments along with an executive committed to inspiring and optimizing your People. Reserve your seat for a date below, and let us know who you’d like to bring!

In addition to this multi-city ideation tour, the study also includes a pilot community of corporate leaders defined as “early adopters” of integrating purpose across the business (PwC, AmerisourceBergen, Campbell Soup Company, DowDuPont, Medtronic Foundation, Prudential Financial, Inc.Target, VMware, Inc., Wal-Mart, and Workday), interviews with leading CEOs, CR and HR executives, and surveys of workers themselves.

Together, let’s create more effective language, approaches, and metrics that bridge the conversation from the employee frontlines to the C-level scorecard!

Please RSVP to Michelle at mbostwick@cecp.co.
