Alexa BasseAssociate, Internal Operations

As Associate, Internal Operations, Alexa ensures the smooth operations of the day-to-day office activities at CECP, and supports Daryl as the executive assistant to the CEO. She also provides dedicated support to the CEO Leadership team on their outreach strategy, and acts as ad-hoc cross-functional support for special CECP projects.

Alexa joins CECP from VMware, where she served as an Analyst in Go-to-Market Strategy, and was responsible for alignment across the sales regions, business units, and business functional areas on integrated product go-to-market plans that help the business meet or exceed their sales goals. Previously, she held roles as a Marketing Analyst at VMware, and was a volunteer with the Foundation team as a Giving Network Lead. Prior to VMware, she was an Events Coordinator Intern at IFEMA (Madrid), and a Support Intern at Bain Capital.

Alexa earned a B.S. in International Business from Northeastern University, with concentrations in Finance and Marketing, and a minor in Spanish. Hailing originally from Boston, most recently by way of San Francisco, Alexa is happy to be back on the East Coast, and can be found most days exploring her new surroundings in New York City.

CECP partnership is by invitation only and limited to multibillion-dollar for-profit companies. While CECP does not offer formal partnership (renewed on a yearly basis) for small to mid-size companies, or non-corporate institutions (e.g., academic, nonprofit, government), our latest research, event summaries, and benchmarking reports are all available, free of charge, on our website.
