Our Team

As the Strategy and Growth Associate, Emily Konchan advances CECP’s recruitment and marketing practices by leading growth-oriented strategies in company recruitment, relationship management, and other business development opportunities to engage companies in the mission of CECP.

Prior to CECP, Emily worked as a recruiter in the government contracting space as well as an ESG & Social Impact Intern at MTA Visions, a global CSR and government relations firm. She earned a B.S. from George Mason in Business Management with a minor in Sustainability Studies, while competing as an NCAA Division I athlete on the women’s volleyball team. Emily hopes to devote her career to bridging the gap between corporate strategy and genuine sustainable development by combining her business and sustainability expertise.
