Armando Hechavarria (He/him)

As Senior Associate, Corporate Insights, Armando supports the annual Giving in Numbers survey and research projects through data analysis and technology enhancement.

Brianna Amato (She/her)

As Manager of Storytelling & Content, Brianna spearheads CECP's digital marketing efforts and analytics. She oversees the organization's outreach calendar and is responsible for crafting compelling content across CECP's newsletters, mass emails, social media, and website. Additionally, Brianna manages design aspects, marketing, and branding for annual report and event campaigns.

Carolina Murphy (She/her)

As Director, Corporate Advisory, Carolina is responsible for developing benchmarking products related to CECP's five Centers of Excellence, as well as leading Advanced Advisory, Accelerators, Sponsored Briefs, and Accelerate Research Projects.

Crystal Zamot (She/her)

As Executive Assistant, Crystal provides support to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Operations team, as a highly skilled executive assistant that collaborates to ensure smooth workflow and efficient management.

Daryl Brewster (He/him)

As CEO, Daryl spearheads the effort to empower companies to drive long-term business success through positive social impact. He has 30+ years of corporate executive experience in the US and abroad, including as an officer for several Fortune 500 companies the turnaround CEO of a publicly-traded company, and the head of five multi-billion-dollar business units.

As Associate Manager, Strategic Engagement, Faustyna helps advance the mission of the organization by leading growth-oriented strategies and targeted engagement opportunities for current and prospective CECP companies.

Jenna Moore (She/her)

As Senior Manager, ESG & Sustainable Business Insights, Jenna leads ESG and sustainability quantitative research and analysis and oversees a wide variety of projects including CECP’s ESG Company Snapshot, Integrated Long-Term Disclosure Assessment, and annual Investing in Society Report.

Jeremy Wright (He/him)

As Manager, Operations & Finance at CECP, Jeremy handles many of the backend processes that keep CECP running smoothly, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, as well as overseeing CECP's technology.

Kari Niedfeldt-Thomas (She/her)

As Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Kari has more than 30 years of senior executive leadership and global strategy, including Corporate Purpose, Corporate Responsibility, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Foundations, Social Impact, Public Affairs, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement.

As Associate Manager, Company Advisory, Leah synthesizes primary and secondary research involving both qualitative and quantitative data to develop recommendations for companies to build, operationalize, measure, and communicate their corporate purpose strategies and to curate content for CECP's peer communities of practice.
