    As Director, Strategic Engagement and Growth, Alison has over a decade of experience advising and engaging companies on their corporate purpose strategies, driving organizational efficiencies, leading business development efforts, managing relationships, and developing content for industry leading events.

    As Senior Associate, Events, Angelina brings together CSR leaders, leading CEOs, and investors through CECP's industry roundtables and annual flagship events.
  • Armando Hechavarria (He/him)
    As Senior Associate, Corporate Insights, Armando supports the annual Giving in Numbers survey and research projects through data analysis and technology enhancement.
  • Brianna Amato (She/her)
    As Manager of Storytelling & Content, Brianna spearheads CECP's digital marketing efforts and analytics. She oversees the organization's outreach calendar and is responsible for crafting compelling content across CECP's newsletters, mass emails, social media, and website. Additionally, Brianna manages design aspects, marketing, and branding for annual report and event campaigns.

    As Director, Corporate Advisory, Carolina is responsible for developing benchmarking products related to CECP's five Centers of Excellence, as well as leading Advanced Advisory, Accelerators, Sponsored Briefs, and Accelerate Research Projects.

    As Executive Assistant, Crystal provides support to the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and Operations team, as a highly skilled executive assistant that collaborates to ensure smooth workflow and efficient management.
  • Daryl Brewster (He/him)
    As CEO, Daryl spearheads the effort to empower companies to drive long-term business success through positive social impact. He has 30+ years of corporate executive experience in the US and abroad, including as an officer for several Fortune 500 companies the turnaround CEO of a publicly-traded company, and the head of five multi-billion-dollar business units.

    As Manager, Corporate Insights, Dawn serves as a trusted advisor to CECP companies striving to improve their strategy of their community and corporate responsibility programs and leads CECP's Knowledge Management strategy..

    As Associate Manager, Strategic Engagement, Faustyna helps advance the mission of the organization by leading growth-oriented strategies and targeted engagement opportunities for current and prospective CECP companies.

    As Senior Manager, ESG & Sustainable Business Insights, Jenna leads ESG and sustainability quantitative research and analysis and oversees a wide variety of projects including CECP’s ESG Company Snapshot, Integrated Long-Term Disclosure Assessment, and annual Investing in Society Report.

    As Manager, Operations & Finance at CECP, Jeremy handles many of the backend processes that keep CECP running smoothly, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and payroll, as well as overseeing CECP's technology.

    As Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer, Kari has more than 30 years of senior executive leadership and global strategy, including Corporate Purpose, Corporate Responsibility, Environmental Social Governance (ESG), Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DEI), Foundations, Social Impact, Public Affairs, Sustainability, and Employee Engagement.

    As Director, Corporate Insights, Kate leverages her 10+ years of CSR practitioner experience and training in strategic foresight to lead CECP's Insights team, augmenting CECP's ability to empower companies on their purpose journeys.

    As Associate Director, Purpose and Voice Communications, Katie engages top-tier media and like-minded partners in communicating the vital role that business plays helping to solve societal challenges

    As Associate Manager, Company Advisory, Leah synthesizes primary and secondary research involving both qualitative and quantitative data to develop recommendations for companies to build, operationalize, measure, and communicate their corporate purpose strategies and to curate content for CECP's peer communities of practice.

    As Associate Director, Strategic Advisory, Meka leads CECP’s advisory practice, curating and executing on custom projects to support companies in building, communicating, and measuring their social strategies.

    As Manager, Events, Nicole oversees the strategy for a wide variety of events including CECP’s in-person marquee events and other in-person and virtual convenings, curating a learning and networking curriculum for senior leaders from the world’s largest companies..

    As Chief Administrative Officer, Rebecca directs all office operations, as well as human resources and finance, tracking all policies and procedures to keep the organization running with high efficiency, while focused on its purpose and values.

    As Senior Associate, Strategic Engagement & Growth, Ren ties together engagement and tech strategy to help CECP companies get the most out of their affiliation.

    As Manager, Corporate Research, Saara serves as lead author and analyst of the annual Giving in Numbers report. She also leads CECP's data governance strategy and provides analytical, measurement, and evaluation support as a member of the Corporate Insights team.
  • Sara Appleyard Adams (She/her)
    As Chief Communications Officer, Sara provides counsel to leading global corporations on their social strategies—how they effectively engage with stakeholders such as community, employees, and customers, as well as puts CECP and its thought leaders front and center.

    As Associate, Company Advisory, Siyu Liu leverages quantitative analysis and case studies to support the affiliated companies to design and launch profound projects in accordance with their sustainable strategies.
