Our Team

As Chief Executives for Corporate Purpose’s (CECP) Senior Manager, Purpose and Voice Communications, Katie engages top-tier media and like-minded partners in communicating the vital role that business plays helping to solve societal challenges. In her role, she helps establish CECP’s voice and builds awareness about CECP’s unrivaled research, data, and thought leadership in earned and owned media.

Prior to CECP, Katie worked in external relations at IBM in New York City. For over six years, she provided communications counsel and support to top technology executives, clients, and partners in the retail and consumer product goods industries, as well as IBM’s research arm and corporate social responsibility initiatives. She brought to IBM a background in federal policy through her work for several years at the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs.

Katie has an M.A. in International Media from American University and a B.A. in Communications & Foreign Languages from Roger William’s University. She is also a yoga therapeutics studio owner in her native town of Fair Haven, NJ, as well as an experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) and teacher trainer (YACEP) with the Yoga Alliance who is passionate about how yoga can help our modern society heal.
