Our Team

As Associate Manager, Events, Nicole oversees the strategy for a wide variety of events including CECP’s in-person marquee events and smaller in-person and virtual convenings. She curates a learning and networking curriculum for senior leaders from the world’s largest companies who are infusing purpose throughout their business strategy.

Prior to CECP, Nicole held roles in developing corporate partnerships and fundraising, building community outreach and volunteer programs, and managing special events for two non-profit organizations, the National Brain Tumor Society and BINA Farm Center. Her background also includes working directly in the Corporate Social Responsibility space spending over 10 years working for the TJX Companies and BJ’s Wholesale Club managing their charitable foundation grant making, designing volunteer and employee engagement programs, and overseeing sponsorship relationships.

Nicole holds a B.A. in Politics with a concentration in Public Administration and minor in Business Administration from Framingham State University. She most recently completed her certification in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace from the University of Southern Florida, Muma School of Business. She is based in Framingham, Massachusetts.
