Global Impact at Scale: 2022 Edition

CECP’s Global Impact at Scale report comes on the heels of a tumultuous couple of years for global communities. The research that contributed to this report suggests that a majority of companies’ staff are jointly working on environmental and social issues, as they continue to align ESG resources across functions and around strategic goals, measure and report on what matters most, and develop a roadmap with near- and long-term science-based net-zero targets. The report also highlights trends in social investment, finding that 67% of companies are seeing DEI resources on the rise, while representation of women, minorities, and people with disabilities in the workforce and leadership continues to lag. In terms of volunteerism, while 57% of companies offer paid volunteer time, the data show that there has been a 32% decline in employee volunteer participation.
